For doctors

The patient has already read their own report

Families arrive at your consultation having had every value on their labs explained to them in plain Urdu, with their history for the last two years on one screen and three written questions in hand. You start at the question instead of at "so what brings you here".

No listing fee. We are not charging doctors to join a marketplace we are still filling.

What you earn

Rs 749 of every Rs 999, and the payment charges are ours

Your share

Rs 749

Of a Rs 999 consultation. Paid at the start of the episode, not on completion of each visit.

Our share

Rs 250

Out of which we pay the Rs 20 payment processing charge. Our real net is Rs 230 — we would rather you knew that than guessed it.

Follow-ups

Free to the patient, paid to you

The fee is an episode fee covering the first visit plus up to 2 follow-ups inside 14 days. You were already paid in full, so asking somebody to come back costs you nothing.

Video

You set your own video fee

Consultation pricing for video is yours to set and is shown to the patient before they choose you. We do not flatten every doctor to one price.

Verification

Five checks, and then a human being looks you up

An uploaded certificate is a picture of a certificate. It corroborates; it never proves. Nobody is listed on the strength of a PDF.

1 · Your licence number

As issued.

2 · The issuing authority

Matched against that authority's own official register.

3 · Still in date

Checked now, and re-checked before the expiry date you gave us arrives.

4 · The document itself

Reviewed as supporting evidence.

5 · The same person

The name on the licence must match the name on the account.

6 · The reviewer's record

A reviewer cannot approve your profile without recording which register they searched and what it returned. That record is kept, and it protects you as much as it protects patients.

Because listing is free, there is nothing to refund if we decline — but we will tell you what did not match and you can correct it.

The thing most doctors want to hear first

The AI does not practise medicine, and it is not asking you to sign off on its work

Fitalthy's assistant explains what the words on a report mean and helps a family write down questions. It does not diagnose. It does not say a result is normal or abnormal. It does not name a condition and it does not name a drug — not when the patient asks it to, and not when the patient insists. That boundary is enforced in the code and covered by tests, not written in a policy.

You are the clinician. You diagnose, you advise, you prescribe, and nothing in this product stands between you and your patient or attributes an opinion to you that you did not give.

What the consultation looks like

What is on your screen when the patient joins

The history, not a form

Every report this patient has photographed, filed by date, with the values already extracted and charted.

The trend, already drawn

Blood pressure, sugar, HbA1c, weight, haemoglobin over months or years — so you are not reconstructing a timeline out of loose paper.

Their questions, in writing

Written before the appointment, which is usually the fastest route to what is actually worrying them.

The queue, honestly

Patients see the real number of people ahead of them and the real wait. Nobody arrives already annoyed at having been told "shortly" forty minutes ago.
