Pricing
One plan, the whole family. Seeing a doctor is charged separately, so you never pay for consultations you did not have. Two profiles are free for ever whether you ever pay us anything or not.
Showing Pakistani rupee prices. Show US dollar — each currency is priced for its own market. We never convert.
Rs 499 / month
Rs 4,990 / year
Rs 999 / consultation
Cancel any time means what it says: nobody is removed from your family record, nothing is deleted, and every report stays readable and exportable for ever.
Why follow-ups are free
A doctor asking you to come back in a week should not cost you money. If it does, patients stop coming back — and the ones who most need to are the ones who stop first.
The first consultation plus up to 2 follow-ups with the same doctor for the same person inside 14 days.
Paid in full at the start of the episode, so a patient coming back costs the doctor nothing either.
And the payment processing charge — roughly Rs 20 — comes out of our share, not the doctor's. Our actual net is Rs 230.
How you pay
Pay from your JazzCash mobile account.
Prices are set per country, not converted. A family in Lahore pays a rupee price that was decided for Pakistan; a family in Dubai or Toronto pays a dollar price decided for abroad. Neither is the other one multiplied by an exchange rate.
For doctors
We are not charging doctors to join a marketplace we are still filling with patients. If that ever changes, we will say so clearly and well in advance.
You keep Rs 749 of every Rs 999. Patients arrive having already had their reports read to them in plain language, so the consultation starts at the question instead of at the beginning.
Straight answers
No. Two profiles are free for ever, with reports explained and charted. The plan exists for households with more people than that, and for families who want the whole record in one place.
They stay. Readable, chartable, exportable, and nobody in your family is removed. You lose the ability to add profiles beyond the free ones. We are not going to hold a family's medical history hostage to a monthly payment.
Yes, and deliberately. Bundling consultations into a subscription means the people who never see a doctor subsidise the people who do, and it pushes us to discourage you from booking. Charging per episode keeps that incentive clean.
The household's country decides, not yours. If the family record is in Pakistan, it is the rupee price even when you are paying from Riyadh or Toronto.
Yes. The unused part of a cancelled year is refunded pro rata.
